What we do
Sports talk never stops. Thousands of TV shows, radio hours, podcasts, and columns go out every day, and buried in them are the few minutes about your team that you'd actually want to hear. Finding those minutes is the hard part. They sit deep inside long episodes, scattered across platforms nobody has time to check.
Vavio Sports listens to all of it and pulls out the parts about the teams and players you follow. You get what was actually said, plus the moment it was said, so you can go hear it yourself.
Sitting in the middle of the conversation also lets us build things no single show can. We can tell you what the whole sports media world is actually talking about, storyline by storyline, because we read what gets said inside the shows instead of what makes the headlines. We keep receipts on what shows predicted and how it turned out. When two of them land on opposite sides of a take, we put them head to head. None of this was possible before someone was listening to all of it at once, and we are a long way from done building on it.
Where the content comes from
We follow more than a thousand sports shows and publications: national TV and radio networks, podcasts, digital channels, and the writers who cover each club. Every show comes in through its own channel or feed and gets credited by name.
Video and audio play in the publisher's own player, on their platform, where their views and their ads count. Articles link out to their site. We don't re-host anyone's work, and we make it easy to go subscribe to a show where it actually lives.
How we write about it
The daily briefs and storyline reads are ours. They're original summaries of the conversation happening across sports, not rewrites of someone else's article. Everything we reference comes with a receipt: which show said it, and a one-tap link to the moment they said it.
We write them with Vai, our AI sports writer. Vai does one thing: reads sports talk and writes about sports talk. Every show Vai names and every number Vai uses gets checked against the source it came from, and that source sits one tap away. If a brief says a show made a point, tap it and hear the point in the show's own words.
What we do is aggregate, organize, and make good work easier to find, so fans and publishers both come out ahead. We don't break news, and we don't dress up someone else's reporting as our own.
Who's behind it
Vavio Sports is built independently in the United States, by people who have spent hours scrubbing through podcasts, digging through transcripts, and going ten pages deep in Google trying to find the twenty minutes that were actually about their team. That is the whole reason it exists. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or licensed by any league, team, network, or show that appears on the site.
