Club Options
The organization is effectively guaranteed to exercise contract options for Ronald Acuña Jr. and Ozzie Albies given their massive investment in both players.
Profar's Future
Regardless of his performance, the team is likely moving on from Jurickson Profar following his repeated performance-enhancing drug violations and resulting instability.
Mauricio Dubón
Transitioning Mauricio Dubón to an everyday starting shortstop role would maximize his value after a career-best offensive season and defensive versatility.
Expiring Contracts
The organization should move on from Ha-Seong Kim and minor contributors like Dom Smith and Rowdy Tellez to clear financial space.
Pitching Staff
Tyler Matzek and Martin Perez significantly outperformed their modest salaries, making them strong candidates for contract negotiations despite the competitive pitching market.
Bullpen Spending
High-cost relief pitchers Raisel Iglesias and Joe Jiménez are unlikely to return at their current salary levels given the team's need for fiscal discipline.
