Mets should target pitching over Bauers

Mets First Base

The organization faces a critical decision on whether to pursue a high-profile veteran first baseman in free agency or commit to internal talent for the upcoming season.

Mets Strategy

Prioritizing pitching upgrades and strategic platoon adjustments represents a more logical off-season path for the franchise than overpaying for a first base free agent.
